Eligibility Criteria

Undergraduate Courses

  • The applicant must have completed secondary school education and should be between 18-20 years of age.
  • The applicant must have achieved a minimum of average grades in his/her secondary school education. 
  • The applicant must have a valid passport and must be eligible for a Canadian study permit.
  • The applicant must have taken any of the approved English language proficiency tests and must have achieved the required scores. 
  • The applicant must have valid health insurance.
  • The applicant must meet the financial requirements as specified by the college. 

Post-Graduate Courses

  • The applicant should be at least 21 years of age. 
  • The applicant must have achieved a minimum of average grades in his/her undergraduate studies. 
  • The applicant must have a valid passport and must be eligible for a Canadian study permit. 
  • The applicant must have taken any of the approved English language proficiency tests and must have achieved the required scores. 
  • The applicant must have valid health insurance. 
  • The applicant must have taken the required tests such as GMAT or GRE and must have achieved the required scores. 
  • The applicant must meet the financial requirements as specified by the college. 

Special Children

  • The applicant must have completed secondary school education and should be between 18-20 years of age.

George Brown College Student Residence, The George

George Brown College has partnered with Places4Students where students can check their listings. College has a residence called “The George” that houses more than 500 students in fully furnished two bedroom suites. These suites contain a kitchenette, 3-piece bathroom, wi-fi, cable television, a flat screen TV, phone, floor to ceiling windows. Their common spaces contain a BBQ patio, relaxation area with media screens, large games room, study space, etc.
