Can I have multiple children on the same account?+
Yes. One parent account can hold multiple student profiles, and each student gets their own plan and dashboard. A parent with two kids can pick Clarity for one and Strategy for the other — the plans and progress stay completely separate.
What if my child is mid-year in Class 10 or 12?+
Our pricing is stage-based, not calendar-based. Join anytime — your plan runs for 12 months from the day you sign up. Whether your child is starting Class 10 in April or mid-way through, the plan adapts to where they are in their decision journey.
Can I upgrade from Clarity to Strategy mid-year?+
Yes. You can upgrade at any time — you'll pay the difference between the two tiers (prorated for the remaining months of your current plan). Your assessment data, roadmap, and counsellor relationship carry over seamlessly.
Do I need a subscription to buy individual services?+
No. Individual services like counselling sessions, SOP help, and scholarship packs can be bought standalone — no subscription required. If you have a subscription, these services are available as top-ups when you need more than what's included in your plan.
What's your refund policy?+

How do counsellor sessions work?+
Each counsellor session is a 60-minute 1:1 video call with a certified career counsellor. You can schedule sessions through your dashboard. Strategy subscribers get 4 sessions per year; additional sessions can be added as individual bookings at ₹1,499/hour.
